The MOD-4100-S Salt-in-Crude Analyzer provides continuous, real-time measurement of salt concentration in crude oil, correlating with ASTM D3230 conductivity-based electrometric methods. It is applied throughout the crude chain—wellhead, transport, storage, blending, and desalting—to prevent corrosion, fouling, and downstream damage.
Real-time data enables optimization of desalter efficiency, reduction of chemical and energy consumption, verification of shipment quality, and early detection of high-salt crude to protect CDU and refinery assets.
